MY DOG FITS Group Training Course Terms & Conditions

報名方法 Enrolment Methods

  1. 家長請仔細閱讀「條款及細則」才提交報名表及付款；My Dog Fits (下稱「MDF」) 將以網頁上登記的日期及時段為準。

  2. 家長請於報名表上填寫詳細姓名、聯絡電話及電郵，方便MDF 聯絡。

  3. ​報名手續於MDF官方網頁進行。

  1. Pawrents should read the terms and conditions before submitting the enrolment form and settling the payment. MDF will refer to the Date and Time Slot registered on website as final.

  2. Pawrents should provide accurate name, contact number and e-mail on the enrolment form, so that MDF can contact the pawrents when necessary.

  3. ​The enrolment shall take place on MDF official website.

付款方法 Payment Methods

  1. 一旦完成提交報名表後，家長需於14天內繳付費用，​課程將會在收妥全數費用後才獲確認。

  2. 付款一經確認，所有申請以先到先得之形式處理。本公司將保留最終決定權。

  3. 成功被取錄的家長將獲得WhatsApp通知，請注意查收。

  1. Pawrents must submit payment within 14 days after submitting enrolment form. Classes are only confirmed once fees are paid in full.

  2. Applications are processed on a first-come-first served basis upon full payment. Acceptance is subject to the discretion of MDF.

  3. The successful pawrents will be notified of their application result via WhatsApp message. Please check WhatsApp accordingly.

不作退款 No Refunds

除因課程額滿或取消外，已遞交之學費，在任何情況之下(包括未能出席該活動或已改期多於一次等)，將不被退回。課程取消或額滿班別將另行通知。

No refunds on class fees paid will be made (including absentees or rescheduled class more than once, etc.) except in the circumstances when a class is full or being cancelled. Pawrents will be notified for such cases.

不可轉讓 Non Transferrable

課程名額不可轉讓他人，只有報名的家長才可上課。

Fees and places of the classes cannot be transferred. Only enrolled pawrents are allowed to attend the classes.

不可兌換 No Exchange

課程名額不可兌換現金。​

​

Class enrolment cannot be exchanged for cash.

注意事項 Points to Note

  • MDF同事可按需要，要求家長提供身物證明，以核對參加者資格。如未能出示者，MDF有權拒絕該參加者上課。​

  • 每項課程簡介只供參考。

  • MDF有權取消報名人數未乎理想之課程，或於必要時更改導師及上課時間。

  • MDF有權於課堂期間進行攝影、錄影、錄音，並將此等照片、圖片、聲訊及錄像(「記錄」)以任何格式永久免費地用於全世界的任何媒體(包括但不限於新聞發布會、平面廣告、海報、宣傳單張以及上載列於Facebook、Instagram專頁或其他社交網站或網頁供公眾瀏覽及下載等)，而無需對參加者支付款項或報酬。記錄屬MDF所有，並屬於MDF專有財產。

  • 家長確認課堂(如在公眾可見之範圍內進行)或會被第三方拍下照片或錄下影像。在決定參與課堂前，家長需要注意前述事宜，並同意不會就任何相關之投訴追究MDF之責任。

  • MDF staff may require pawrents to provide their identity certificates so as to verify participants' identities. MDF reserves the right to stop those who fail to provide their identities from taking classes.

  • The class description is for reference only.

  • MDF reserves the right to cancel classes if the no. of application falls below the requisite minimum; and to change the time and instructor of classes should this be necessary.

  • MDF is entitled to take photographs of, video-tape or audio-record the classes, and use such photo(s), image(s), audio(s) and video(s) ("Recordings") in any media or format throughout the world in perpetuity (including but not limited to press releases, print advertisements, posters, leaflets, Facebook or Instagram pages or other social networking sites or web pages for public viewing and downloading, etc.) without any payment or consideration to the participants. The Recordings belongs to and is the absolute property of MDF.

  • Pawrents acknowledge that the class (if taking place in a publicly visible area) may be photographed or video-recorded by other third party and they should be aware of this before making the decision to enrol and they agree to hold MDF harmless in relation to any complaint(s) made regarding this issue.

颱風及暴雨警告 Typhoons and Rainstorms

  • 如因惡劣天氣而須取消課堂或更改日期，MDF職員將儘快通知受影響的家長，並且另作安排。詳情可參考My Dog Fits 惡劣天氣安排指引。所有受影響課程會按MDF同事通知而另作安排。

  • MDF可按實際情況而決定課程是否繼續進行。

  • 以上只作一般情況參考。任何情況下，家長請考慮各區之天氣、道路及交通情況，決定是否前往參與課堂。在此情況缺席課堂，將不獲補課或退款。因颱風或其他惡劣天氣而被取消之課堂，將會安排補課，但不設退款。

  • If a class has to be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather, MDF staff will notify the pawrent(s) of the arrangements as soon as possible. Details of Adverse Weather Arrangement can be found here, All the affected classes will be postponed or subject to other arrangements as shall be notified by MDF staff.

  • MDF may decide whether to continue the classes according to the actual situation.

  • The above arrangement is for reference only. In all cases, pawrents should consider the weather, road and transport situation to decide whether to attend the class. No make-up class or refund will be arranged to the absentee for these cases. Make-up class will be arranged for classes due to bad weather, but no refund.

一般條款及細則 General Terms & Conditions

  1. ​MDF本公司不對本活動為適合任何目的作保證。家長將放棄其追究MDF的所有權利及利益(如有)。

  2. MDF有權隨時暫停、終止或取消本活動(或其任何部分)，而毋須事先通知或給與任何補償。

  3. MDF有權隨時修改本條款及細則，而毋須事先通知。

  4. 本條款及細則的絕對解釋權歸MDF。如有任何爭議，以MDF對所有相關方作出的最終決定權為準。

  5. 申請人提供的資料會用作會員通訊及收取MDF之宣傳資料用途。根據個人資料(私隱)條例，申請人有權查詢及更正所提供的個人資料。如欲查詢、翻閱或更改個人資料，請與MDF聯絡。

  6. 本條款及細則的中文版本僅供參考，若英文版與中文版的規定不一致，以英文版本為準。

  7. 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄。

  1. MDF does not make any warranty in respect of any part of this program and disclaims all liability in relation thereto. Pawrents shall waive all his or her rights and interest, if any, of any natures to pursue against MDF.

  2. MDF is entitled to suspend, terminate or cancel this program or any part thereof at any time without prior notice or compensation.

  3. MDF has the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without any prior notice.

  4. MDF has the absolute right to interpret these terms and conditions, In case of any disputes, the decision of MDF shall be final and binding and all parties concerned.

  5. The personal data provided by applicants will be used for newsletter and promotion of MDF. In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, applications have the right to request access to and to correct personal data. To access your personal data, please contact MDF office.

  6. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions is for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of the English and Chinese versions, the English version prevail.

  7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws if Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
