MY DOG FITS 1 Year Anniversary Giveaway Event Terms & Conditions

參加者必須為18歲或以上人士，並同意及遵守活動次條款及細則。

Participants must be aged 18 or above and comply with the terms & conditions of the Event.

活動日期由2022年6月20日09:00 (GMT +8) 至2022年7月3日23:59 (GMT +8) 止。

The Event starts on 20 June 2022 09:00 (GMT +8) and ends 3 July 2022 23:59 (GMT +8).

活動參加者必須「讚好(Like)」「MY DOG FITS 犬隻訓練學院」Facebook專頁、「讚好(Like)」活動帖子、於活動帖子下留言分享〈一個你希望解決的狗狗行為問題〉及TAG (標籤)兩位朋友。

Participants must “Like” “MY DOG FITS” Facebook Page and this Event post; leave a comment on “A behavioral problem that you would like to change with your dog”; and tag 2 friends.

提交次序以活動結束時Facebook評論欄顯示之時間為準。

Comments orders are based on the time shown on the comment box session on Facebook when Event ends.

每個Facebook 帳戶/每位參加者只可留言一次，若留言經過修改、留言次數多於一次 (包括多次提交後再刪除至剩下一個留言)或留言包含多個答案，參加者將被取消資格。

Each Facebook account/ each participant can submit his or her comment ONCE and each comment shall contain only one answer. Multiple submissions by the same account/ participant are not allowed and all submitted answers by that account/ participant will be disqualified including but not limited to cancellation on extra submitted answers.

​每個Facebook 帳戶/每位參加者員可參與活動一次，每個Facebook 帳戶/每位參加者於整個活動期間只能獲贈最多一份得獎名額。（同一身份證持有人只可入選一次）。

Each Facebook account/ each participant can only participate in the Event ONCE and each identity card holder is entitled to maximum of one prize only.

參加者須保證所有填寫或提交之資料均為真實及正確，且沒有冒用或盜用任何第三者之資料，違者將被取消資格。

All information provided by participants must be true and correct, and not illegally obtained or stolen from a third party. Participants submitting false or misleading information will be disqualified.

得獎名單將於2022年7月5日12:00（GMT +8）或之前於「MY DOG FITS 犬隻訓練學院」Facebook及Instagram 專頁內公佈。

The list of prizes winners will be published on “MY DOG FITS” Facebook and Instagram page on or before 5 July 2022 12:00 (GMT +8).

所有得獎者會於2022年7月7日 18:00（GMT +8）或之前收到由「MY DOG FITS 犬隻訓練學院」Facebook專頁發出的得獎信息通知領獎事宜。

All winners will receive inbox message sent by MY DOG FITS Facebook page on or before 7 July 2022 18:00 (GMT +8).

得獎者必須依照信息內的指示，於指定時間內回覆有關資料予MY DOG FITS 犬隻訓練學院（下稱「MDF」），否則領獎資格將被取消。得獎者必須於2022年7月10日 18:00（GMT +8）或之前回覆有關資料予MDF。如得獎者逾期未有提供相關資料，得獎資格將被取消。

All winners should contact MDF in accordance to the instructions listed in the inbox message sent by MDF. Winners should contact MDF on or before 10 July 2022 18:00 (GMT+8) after the winner announcement and receiving the inbox message. Any winners who fail to contact will have their prizes forfeited.

得獎者將透過電郵收到獎品，逾期作廢，詳情請留意通知。

Prizes are to be collected by email. Any unclaimed prizes beyond the redemption period will be forfeited. For details, please refer to notifications.

得獎者亦須確保所提供資料的準確性，若因資料有誤或於電郵過程出現問題而導致郵件遺失或收件延誤，MDF將不須負上任何責任或補發獎品。

Winners must ensure accuracy of the provided contact information. If email could not be sent or delayed due to incorrect contact information, MDF will not take any responsibility or reissue the prize.

得獎者於使用獎品時必須出示有效之身份證明文件作核實之用。如未能親身領獎，代領人須出示親筆簽名授權書正本及得獎者之有效身份證明文件副本方可代領。

For redemption in person, winners are required to present their identity document for verification. If a winner cannot collect the prize in person, he or she may authorize someone to collect it with a signed authorization letter and a copy of the identity document of the winner.

所有獎品不可退換或兌換現金，亦不能更換丶退款丶轉讓、轉售及退還，如發現任何涉嫌違規行為，MDF有權即時取消其得獎資格，並保留追究權利，毋須另行通知。

Prize cannot be changed or exchanged for cash, and are non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-resalable and non-returnable. Prize will be forfeited without prior notice or obligation in case of infringement.

如基於任何原因未能提供敘述禮品，MDF保留以同等價值或較高價值之其他禮品替代全部或部份獎品之權利。

MDF reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portions thereof) of equal or greater value if prize (or portions thereof) cannot be awarded as described.

獎品一經領取後，若有遺失或損壞，MDF將不予補發。

Once the prizes are issued, no further prize claims shall be made even if the prizes are lost or damaged.

MDF之員工及其家屬均不可參加，以示公允。

In the interest of fairness, the employees of MDF and their family members are not eligible for entry.

MDF毋須為第三者提供之產品或服務負上任何法律責任。

MDF disclaims all and any liability for the provision, quality or nature of any third-party product or services accepted by participants.

MDF保留一切活動之最終決定權，包括更改此活動的條款及細則、獎項及其他安排，而不作另行通告。

MDF reserves the rights to amend or change the terms and conditions, prize and other arrangement at any time, without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of MDF shall be final.

本條款及細則的中文版本僅供參考，若英文版本與中文版本不一致，以英文版本為準。

The Chinese version of these terms and conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
